This project had OW3 coordinating work with the landlord and the tenant, Easton Coach, to design an addition to their existing space.  The program required open space for workstations, as well as three offices and two conference rooms.  We were able to reduce the total size of the space by using the existing conference room, as well as make it a walkthrough for use during inclement weather.  A major design element was the use of borrow lights in the offices to open the space up and allow natural daylighting into all of the spaces.
