The Condos at Franklin Street, are located on the 1400 block of Franklin Street, in north Philadelphia.  This project included coordination with the building developer’s team to create three new bi-level condominium units into one building on the available building lot.  The ground floor and rear condo units have two-bedrooms while the front condo unit is a one bedroom with an additional multi-purpose room.  All three condo units have laundry facilities, full baths, powder rooms and private outdoor space.  This project’s main design intent was to create open, light-filled spaces.  The size constraints of the lot were a challenge, but the design focused on compact upper condo units which still allowed for laundry and powder rooms on their main floors.
